Our shop is being built around chews, enrichment, pet cooling and products to make your everyday with your dog richer. Only live product listings with an available purchase option can be ordered; planned categories are not a promise of stock.
Do you offer dog-grooming appointments?
No. Neat Hound is a pet-products shop, not a dog-grooming business.
How do I choose a product?
Read the suitability, dimensions, intended use and safety information on the individual product page. Ask a qualified professional if the question concerns your pet's health or a product's suitability for a particular condition.
Are the chews edible?
Check the individual listing. Edible chews must have clear feeding and ingredient information; chew toys must have clear intended-use and safety guidance. We will not use the word “chew” as a substitute for those details.
Do cooling products prevent heatstroke?
We do not make that promise. Appropriate cooling accessories do not replace shade, water, avoiding unsafe heat or veterinary care.
